Courtney Lasky is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over a decade of experience in the field of behavior analysis. Currently pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis, Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Education and is the Founder of True North Behavioral Consulting. Known for her leadership in fostering compassionate care, Courtney is deeply committed to creating a positive learning environment for all stakeholders and strong community outreach.

Courtney's passion extends to staff training, advocacy, forensic behavior analysis, and psychological safety. She is dedicated to ensuring clients and staff receive the support they need to thrive. Balancing her professional responsibilities with an active family life in Irmo, SC, Courtney is also passionate about integrating her work with her personal values of family, outdoor activities, and community engagement.
