About Me

Emaley McCulloch is a passionate advocate for autism and a dedicated leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As co-founder of Autism Training Solutions (ATS), an online learning platform launched in 2010, she has played a pivotal role in training tens of thousands of professionals and parents worldwide in evidence-based autism interventions. ATS was acquired by Relias in 2014, where Emaley thrived as the VP of Research for five years before taking on the role of Chief Clinical Officer at Motivity Systems.


In addition to her impressive career, Emaley is the Secretary and Chair of the Development Committee for the B.F. Skinner Foundation, where she contributes to advancing behavioral science. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an MA in Special Education, she brings over 20 years of experience, having provided and overseen services for hundreds of individuals aged 18 months to 24 years across various settings. Emaley's global impact extends to her eight years as a consultant and Clinical Supervisor in Hawaii and Japan, where she trained professionals and parents alike. She was also a contributing writer for Behavioral Science for the 21st Century, sharing her insights and expertise with the broader community. Emaley’s commitment to enhancing the lives of those with autism is both inspiring and contagious!
