Adam's entrepreneurial efforts include starting, growing, and selling small- to mid-size companies specializing in behavior therapy, business management and consulting, and digital technology. He has also served as an adjunct professor in the behavior analysis department at Florida International University since 2009.
A one-time president of the Organizational Behavior Management Network, he has also co-founded several community organizations focused on disseminating behavior science. He is also the author of three books on leadership, performance feedback, and professionalism, entitled “Leadership in Behavior Science,” “Feedback F!@#ups And How to Avoid Them,” and “The Professional RBT,” respectively.
